Green Peas Poriyal

500 gm, chopped |

Green peas |

1 cup, cooked |

Cooking Method
 |
Sprinkle ¼ cup of warm water on desiccated coconut,
mix well and leave aside. |
 |
Heat
the oil in a kadai. Season with mustard, chilies
and curry leaves. |
 |
Add
onion and fry till light brown. |
 |
Add
cabbage, peas and salt. Mix well and keep covered
on medium flame. |
 |
When
the cabbage is cooked, open the lid and if there is
any liquid, increase the flame to evaporate it.
Stir in the coconut and remove from fire. |
 |
Serve
with rice and rasam. |
